Mark has 12 years experience helping organizations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations.  Working with numerous clients in a wide variety of verticals, he has focused on the diagnosis of under-performing operations and the rapid implementation of improvement plans.  Mark started LeanFirm in 2003 with the vision of implementing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to the service industry.

Mark has a MBA as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Kaizen trainer.
